Aidealy organisations can have multiple branches (locations, business units, brands) and multiple members with different roles. This category covers how to structure your workspace and manage who can do what.

Start with branches if you have more than one location

If your organisation runs from multiple offices or product lines, set up the branches first. You can then assign members and Lead Lists to the right branch from day one.
